(Seattle, WA) The Seattle Sounders today announced that reigning United Soccer Leagues (USL) First Division Rookie of the Year and regular season Scoring and Goal Scoring leader, Cam Weaver, has been transferred to FK Haugesund of the Norwegian 1st Division.

The Seattle Sounders announced today, U.S. Home Mortgage will join the team as the premier sponsor and a community partner for the next three seasons. U.S. Home Mortgage will team up with the Sounders as they continue their outreach into the greater Seattle community and support the Sounders on the field beginning in 2007.

The Seattle Sounders will play the 2007 season at Qwest Field in Seattle, Wash. it was announced today. The terms and length of the agreement have yet to be finalized. 2007 season tickets and ticket packages go on sale October 2nd. Starting Monday, October 2nd the Sounders will conduct weekly give-a-ways for those who renew or purchase new season tickets leading up to the 2007 season.
