SOUNDERS VS RHINOS IN ROCHESTER SATURDAY NIGHT
Posted 7/20/2007

The Seattle Sounders will face the Rochester Raging Rhinos at Paetec Park in Rochester on Saturday night for the second and final time in the regular season. The match will be available live through USLLive.com and kick-off is set for 4:30pm Pacific Time.

The Sounders are currently third in the USL First Division standings and riding a three league match winning streak that includes their first win in Rochester since 1996 on July 3rd.

Seattle will be without the services of Captain Danny Jackson who suffered a bruised heel and partial tear in his Plantar Fascias in the US Open Cup win over Chivas USA and Andre Schmid who is recovering from a bacterial infection in his lower legs.

Rochester comes into the match on the heels of a 4-1 defeat to the Atlanta Silverbacks and boasting only one win in their last five matches but only a single point behind the Sounders in the league table.

Seattle will travel home to face Preston North End in an international friendly at Qwest Field on Monday July 23rd. Kick-off is at 7:00pm and tickets are still available through SeattleSounders.net.
