Don’t miss a big weekend in the 2007 Cascadia Rivalry as the Seattle Sounders face both their Pacific Northwest rivals: The Portland Timbers and Vancouver Whitecaps.

On Friday, the Sounders travel to face archrival Portland for an 8:00 p.m. match broadcast nationwide on the Fox Soccer Channel. The following day Seattle returns home to take on the USL First Division defending champion Vancouver Whitecaps at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at Qwest Field.

The Cascadia rivalry between Seattle, Portland and Vancouver dates back to the late 1970's and the North American Soccer League and has spawned it's own cup competition called the Cascadia Cup.
