Bio: Forward Craig Tomlinson, the Jamaican native joins the club for his seventh season. A pre-season ACL and meniscus injury kept Tomlinson out of action for the 2005 season as the Sounders won the USL First Division Championship. After months of rehabilitation Tomlinson looks regain his speed which has helped him score nine goals and record six assists over the past five seasons.

The Ohio State University graduate joined the Sounders in 2000 after stints with the Tennessee Rhythm (former USL club) and the Wichita Wings of the NPSL. The 2000 season was Tomlinson’s most offensively productive season, scoring four goals and one assist in just under 1,000 minutes.

Tomlinson is an asset to the club off the field serving as the organization’s Community Coordinator. For the past two years, Tomlinson has spearheaded the club’s Sounders In School’s program, a presentation based upon making both mentally and physically healthy live choices. Tomlinson is a three-time Seattle Sounders Community Player of the Year winner.
