Bio: Aristodemo was drafted by the A-League Toronto Lynx in 2001, where he won A-League Rookie of the Year and team MVP honors. In 2002, Aristodemo led the league in minutes played with 2614. In three seasons with the Lynx, Aristodemo played in 72 games, scored three goals and had 11 assists.
As the top pick of the San Diego Sockers in the 2002 MISL Designation Draft of A-League players, Aristodemo brought his skills indoors. In 2002, Aristodemo was once again a rookie of the year candidate.
Aristodemo brings international soccer experience to the Sounders. Before turning professional, Aristodemo was selected to represent Canada at the U20 World Championships, and in 2000 was a member of the Canadian Men’s National Team that won the Gold Cup trophy.
Attending college in the United States, Aristodemo graduated from the University of Tulsa with a degree in exercise science. Aristodemo’s collegiate soccer career included three First-Team All-WAC honors and a First-Team All-MVC selection.
