Bio: Entering his ninth season with the Sounders, Jenkins continues to add to his career totals as he serves as the team’s all-time leader in games (204) and minutes played (15,504). After playing soccer for the University of Washington, Jenkins joined the Seattle Bigfoot of the USL before playing for the Sounders in 1997. In 2001, Jenkins was named Sounders Defender of the Year. Jenkins has taken a more active role in the overall soccer operation for the Sounders; he currently serves as the Corporate Partnerships Director and helps out with the Sounders youth programs.
