In addition, we may disclose personal information in the good faith belief that we are lawfully authorized to do so, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process or authorities, respond to any claims, or to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Seattle Sounders, our customers, our employees or the public. Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed or transferred as part of, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets or acquisition.

Return and Refund Policy

Season Tickets and Ticket Packages: Ticketing policies prohibit the Seattle Sounders from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased. If tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed contact the Sounders ticket office at 206 622.3415.

Camp Refunds: If a child is unable to attend Seattle Sounders Summer Camps that he/she has agreed to attend, a full refund will be available at the discretion of the Sounders camp director. Contact the Sounders camp director at 206.622.3415x21 for specific information relating to a child who is unable to attend summer camp.

Season Tickets and Ticket Packages will be sent standard mail 3-5 business days after receipt of order.
